S'pore "content creator" uses girl's nude photos to gain subscribers!
An 18-year-old Singaporean has pleaded guilty to a string of offences — but the saga reportedly kicked off with something disturbingly familiar in the internet age: someone choosing to save, repost and promote leaked nude photos.
The accused, who cannot be named as he was 17 when some of the offences took place, admitted to five charges in court on 9 Jan. His sentencing is set for 6 Feb.
On 17 Jul 2024, the teen was added to a group chat where nude images of a female victim were circulating. The court heard that he saved the photos before they were deleted.

Instead of letting things end there, he allegedly went a step further. Later that month, he reportedly created a public Telegram channel and uploaded the images — then plugged the link on Instagram, inviting followers to “Click here for exclusive content”.
Before it was taken down, the channel had ballooned to between 400 and 500 members. It was only deleted after the victim told him the authorities were already aware of the leaked images.
Court documents show that this wasn’t the only time the accused crossed legal lines.
In August 2024, he and a classmate were involved in a shop theft at a Popular bookstore in Nex, making off with items including Razer keyboards and bags.
A month later, he allegedly helped the same classmate doctor an NRIC image using photo-editing tools, changing the date of birth and identification number. The forged image was then used to buy cigarettes and alcohol on multiple occasions before a police report was made in January 2025.
By early 2025, the case took a darker turn. The accused was involved in a scheme to extract money from a younger schoolmate, reportedly demanding compensation over a dispute linked to Kpods, or etomidate-laced vapes.
Between March and May 2025, the victim made multiple payments totalling more than S$900.
In a later confrontation in a school toilet, the accused and several others allegedly pressured the same victim to either fight or strip. The victim chose to strip and was filmed — footage that the accused later attempted to use as leverage to force further payments.
The victim’s mother eventually made a police report in July 2025. The accused was arrested shortly after and initially released on bail, which was later revoked. He has remained in remand since October 2025.
