KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB) will soon implement the use of smart metres to gauge power consumption in residential and commercial premises.

Its chairman, Datuk Seri Wilfred Madius Tangau, announced that SESB opened the tender on April 16, and closed it on June 12, inviting qualified companies to participate in the implementation.
