SG home decor startup Livspace raises $50m ahead of IPO
Singapore home decor startup Livspace has raised 427.21 crore rupee (US$50 million) in internal funding from its Singapore-based parent company, according to regulatory filings.
The funding was achieved through a rights issue, involving the issuance of 1.85 crore equity shares (18,500,000) at 230 rupee (US$2.75) per share.
