SUPP Women chief disagrees with proposal of tiered system to fine people without face masks in public
KUCHING (Aug 14): Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP) Women chief Kho Teck Wan disagrees with the tiered system proposal to fine people who are found without face masks in public.
She said that the sole purpose of a fine was to deter, therefore the amount needed to be high enough to prevent offence.
