KUCHING: Sarawak United FC have unveiled their new logo that portrays the cultural elements of Sarawak.

The club said in a statement yesterday that ‘terabai’ – the Dayak war shield – formed the basis for the design of the logo.

“‘Terabai’ is synonym to the Dayak community in Sarawak and was chosen as a replacement for the club’s old identity,” the statement said.

The logo was registered as the intellectual property of Sarawak United FC under the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO).
