SINGAPORE - An emerging trend of foreigners sent to Singapore by syndicates to commit credit card fraud has raised alarm bells, with retailers across the island being targeted.

Blame the lame brain PAP Government Ministers for bringing all this Forieigners into SG. SG ICA and MOM CEO should be fired.And now Law and Home Affairs Ministers want to bring in more Forieigners to assist the SG Driving School to hire more driving instructor from other Countries to be Class 4 driving instructor.Dumb Ass Ministers
