Sengkang Town Council to directly manage town after tender for managing agent fails to draw any bids
SINGAPORE — Sengkang Town Council (SKTC) will directly manage all divisions under Sengkang town after it failed to engage a managing agent, even though the Workers' Party-run town council had called for an open tender "well in advance of the expiry date", it said on Tuesday (May 17).
