KUALA LUMPUR: The senior who allegedly stomped on a first-year Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM) student, resulting in fractured ribs and spinal injuries, will be charged in court tomorrow.

City police chief Datuk Rusdi Mohd Isa confirmed that the investigation file had been submitted to the Attorney General's Chambers, which has directed the charge.
