KOTA BARU: Police manning the four roadblocks in the state have been told to issue compounds to those who repeatedly violate the standard operating procedures (SOP) of the Movement Control Order (MCO).

State police chief Datuk Shafien Mamat said this was in the line with the directive issued by Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador yesterday.
