Shay Mitchell has confirmed she’s welcomed a baby daughter, who she’s named after her late grandmother.

The Pretty Little Liars star, 35, revealed the happy news that she’d welcomed her new arrival on Instagram, with a sweet photo of herself clutching the tot to her chest, and wearing a necklace of the little one’s name – Rome.
