Shell cutting 500 out of 1,300 Pulau Bukom oil refinery jobs in S'pore by 2023

Royal Dutch Shell will cut 500 out of 1,300 jobs from the Pulau Bukom oil refinery in Singapore by 2023, Reuters reported.
This is part of an overhaul to reduce Shell's carbon dioxide emissions to net zero by 2050, as thousands of jobs will be shed globally.

Still can recall back in those good old days, Shell refinery was one of the most attractive job available.

More job cuts coming our way. All have to brace for it. 2021 won’t be any better as vaccines approvals and distribution will take a year to complete. Can businesses survive another year?
