Popular satay bee hoon stall, Shi Wei Da Satay Bee Hoon, is slated to pull down its shutters come 30 Apr 2024. This comes after 30 long years of operations within Bedok 85 Fengshan Food Centre and a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2018.

Shi Wei Da is singlehandedly helmed by Mr Ng Kim Siong. Like his stall, he has become a well-loved icon within the food centre. The news of his stall’s closure was first publicised by his daughter, Ms Adeline Ng, who took to their Facebook page to make the announcement.
