FOUR industrial lots and shoplots in Section 16, 21, 23 and 24 in Shah Alam, Selangor risk having its moveable assets seized by the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) if the owners fail to settle total assessment arrears of more than RM500,000.

Mayor Cheremi Tarman said the owners who accumulated total arrears of over RM503,493 had evaded paying their assessment for at least three years, and this was discovered during one of the city council’s operations.
