Sickening horror with real-life sex scene used body double because Willem Dafoe was too 'well endowed'
Some films are filled with blood and gore, yet some take it to another weird level.
However, one film which starred Spider-Man's Willem Dafoe, has been described as 'chaotic' and 'uncomfortable' due to its violence, sex and gore.
It proved so controversial that it earned the 'anti-award' at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival.
