Singapore and Malaysia aim to sign an agreement for a proposed Special Economic Zone (SEZ) between Johor and Singapore by mid-January next year. Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim spoke about this at a press conference at the Istana on Monday (Oct 30), following the 10th Singapore-Malaysia Leaders' Retreat.
