Mount Pleasant and the old police acedemy were near bukit brown cemetary. The places there are haunted by spirits. Building a new HDB estate there will be like another Bishan as Bishan was a old chinese cemetary also. New flats will be haunted and gives the living alot of headache and heart aches.
