Singtel customers report mobile service outage on Nov 18
SINGAPORE - Singtel customers are experiencing an ongoing service outage on Nov 18, with more than 1,600 reports at its peak in the afternoon.
The outage numbers were recorded on Downdetector, which tracks outages by collating status reports from a number of sources.
