PETALING JAYA: Top women’s squash professional S. Sivasangari survived a cliffhanger, including saving three match balls, against long-time rival Tesni Murphy of Wales to advance to the third round at the Windy City Open in Chicago on Thursday.

Despite taking a 2-0 lead, Sivasangari had to battle hard for 66 minutes to subdue Murphy 11-2, 11-8, 7-11, 8-11, 14-12 in the second round.
