LTA should catch those riders who uses the hp when riding. Is a common sight nowadays especially delivery riders who watch the hp for orders when they are riding. I am not against riders looking at their hp when riding but at least stopped one side to see the hp for orders instead of riding and looking at their hp.

If Rider is using GPS TO GUIDE their way, It should be no problem, and OK, but ear pieces should be used instead of riding and reading on the handphone screen of your phone map.
