SoftBank reportedly plans $1t AI parks in the US

SoftBank Group Corp. is reportedly considering investing over US$1 trillion in AI industrial parks across the US, according to a Nikkei report.
Founder and CEO Masayoshi Son is expected to visit the US to outline his vision, with plans to use AI-equipped robots to address labor shortages.
In January, SoftBank announced a US$100 billion partnership with OpenAI and Oracle to develop AI infrastructure in the US, with a goal of increasing funding to US$500 billion for data centers and campuses.
