Southern Charm’s Madison LeCroy Gives Birth to Baby No. 2, First With Husband Brett Randle
There is a new member joining the Southern Charm family.
Madison LeCroy and husband Brett Randle welcomed their first child together, a baby girl. The couple confirmed the exciting news during an Amazon Live presented by Graco on July 3.
Madison previously revealed their daughter is named Teddi, after her late father Ted LeCroy.
The couple’s latest arrival comes after Madison announced her pregnancy in February. The Bravo star—who is mom to 12-year-old son Hudson with ex John Hughes—shared a smiling photo from the moment she found out she was pregnant.
“And just like that… our world is changing in the most magical way,” she captioned the Feb. 6 post. “Seeing ‘Pregnant’ on this @clearblue test was the best moment of our lives.”
Later that month, the couple found out they would be having a baby girl during a Feb. 27 Amazon Live, cutting into a pink cake that her friend ordered her as a surprise.
“Obviously, the main thing is just a healthy baby overall, girl or boy,” Madison told E! News in February. “I have a feeling that I’m gonna have to make sure that Brett gets both, but he’s happy either way. We all know that I’m already a boy mom, so of course I wanted to be a girl mom as well.”
“I’m going to be so poor,” the 34-year-old continued, joking. “I’m gonna dress her up similar to me I guess, but I hope that she’s not nearly as sassy and talks back like I do.”
And just as excited as Madison and Brett were to find out their happy news, so were her Southern Charm costars. As Madison shared, everyone was “so emotional.”
“Everyone is just extremely happy for Brett and I and excited to play aunt and uncle,” she told E!, “because I don’t think any of them are ready to have any children at the moment.”
Madison’s ex and fellow costar Austen Kroll also showed his love for her following the news. After hanging out with him and his girlfriend Audrey Pratt, Madison noted, “he made me believe that he’s super happy for me.”
“He sent me this long text like,” she added, “‘Look at how far we’ve come. Five years ago, we’re arguing and now everybody’s growing up and starting families and talking about getting married and already getting married.’”
Madison and Brett have discussed their future family plans since they tied the knot in November 2022, but the firefighter’s unexpected health struggles put a pause on their plans.
“Unfortunately, Brett was diagnosed with thyroid cancer the end of last year around out one-year wedding anniversary,” she shared during a December 2024 Southern Charm episode. “I thought, ‘Like, how? I’m finally happy.’ It’s just scary.’”
After surgery, Brett’s cancer was removed, but he continued to face complications.
“Some days I just want to, like scream,” Madison admitted. “It can be anything that triggers me, whether that be someone saying, ‘When are you having a child?’ I mean, we were just kind of starting to plan. But that’s on pause for now.’”
Following the health scare, they were ready to resume their family planning and have continued to be one another’s support systems on their journey.
“I wasn’t prepared that first time,” she told E!. “This is the first time I’ve planned a pregnancy, so we’re doing good.”
