PETALING JAYA: Rising young player C. Ameeshenraj captured his first title of the year after securing the Liverpool Cricket Club Open on Saturday (March 30).
World No. 134 Ameeshenraj overcame seventh seed and world No. 89 Viktor Byrtus of the Czech Republic 11-6, 11-3, 11-5 in a 32-minute final.
