KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has allowed Datin Seri Pamela Ling to challenge the arrest warrant issued by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and the travel ban that has stopped her from returning to Singapore.

Judge Datuk Amarjeet Singh today allowed Ling's judicial review application clearing the way for her to challenge the legality of the arrest warrant issued two days before her disappearance as well as the subsequent travel ban that has barred her from returning to Singapore.
