Storm Darraghhas claimed its second victim after a man was killed when a tree fell onto his caras he drove it along a residential street in Birmingham.

The driver was travelling along Silver Birch Road, in Erdington, when fierce winds uprooted a tree, sending it crashing down on him. Fire crews and police have cordoned off the scene tonight as they continue with their enquiries.
