Storm fiona destroys homes in dominican republic
STORY: Hurricane Fiona churned north on Monday (September 19) night after bringing torrential rain and powerful winds to the Dominican Republic and a total power outage in neighbouring Puerto Rico, killing at least three.
Residents of El Cuey showed their destroyed homes to Reuters. Plants, mud, and rubble were everywhere.
