Strategy, a Bitcoin treasury company, filed a proxy that, if approved, would allow holders of its STRC preferred stock to switch dividend payments to semimonthly, with voting closing June 8 and a first payment expected on July 15.

Executive Chairman Michael Saylor said the change would not alter STRC’s 11.5% annual dividend rate and is meant to reduce price swings and improve liquidity.
