Summer House's Lindsay Hubbard and Boyfriend Turner Kufe Break Up After Welcoming Baby in December

Lindsay Hubbard is ready for hot girl summer.

That's because the Summer House star shocked fans and her costars alike by announcing her breakup from boyfriend Turner Kufe during the Bravo series' season nine reunion.

"We put our romantic relationship on pause," Lindsay—who shares 5-month-old daughter Gemma with the biotech investor—revealed during the June 4 episode, "for now. We are just focused on being the best parents that we can possibly be to Gemma."

After calling it quits earlier this year, the 38-year-old insisted she and Turner remain "an amazing team" while living separately and raising the infant. And there's definitely no bad blood.

"We are the best of friends," Lindsay explained. "Even on the weekends when we don't have our nanny and it's just the two of us tag-teaming being parents, we're out to brunch, we're going to visit friends."

And while the medical professional does sometimes spend the night at Lindsay's NYC apartment, she clarified that they are not friends with benefits.

"We'll see what happens in the future, but as of right this second, I think there's a lot for us to figure out when it comes to parenting, coparenting, my lifestyle, me being public, him being private," the reality star noted. "It's too much at once."

Lindsay admitted their main "struggle" was Turner's insistence on staying out of the spotlight.

"Dad is private, mom is public and what does that make baby?" she continued. "It's hard. When you're public, you can't put the toothpaste back in the tube."

For now, the exes are focused on Gemma, with Lindsay gushing of Turner as a dad, "He really is better than I could have ever expected."

And dating is the last thing on Lindsay's mind at the moment, as she quipped, "I am not there yet mentally."

Last month, Lindsay proved she and Turner were on great terms even before announcing they had broken up.

"We’re going to a Mother’s Day brunch somewhere, and he’s excited about the reservation," Lindsay told E! News in May, "but that’s all I know. I think my own plan is to tell him he’s taking the morning shift so I can sleep in for 30 extra minutes."
