For all my Demon Slayer fans out there, this collaboration is for us!

Sushi Tei has teamed up with the iconic anime to deliver an immersive dining experience right to your plate till 12 January 2025. If you have ever wanted to step into the world of the Taisho era, this might just be your chance.

I’m not the biggest fan of Zenitsu. Though, I ama sucker for unagi especially when paired with sticky sushi rice. Zenitsu’s Unagi Sushi Roll (S$14.80) is filled with avocado, crab meat, and cucumber sushi roll. The visual is as striking as his design, topped with eel and cheddar cheese.

If Mugen Train had you shedding tears, then Rengoku’s Beef Yakiniku Bento (S$18.80) might just be the dish to cure your heartbreak. Tender pan-fried sliced beef is served on top of fluffy rice with egg, a hearty dish worthy of the larger-than-life Flame Hashira.

As a die-hard Tanjiro fan, I will be trying this out! Tanjiro’s Okonomiyaki (S$14.80) is a savoury Japanese pancake topped with grilled seaweed and spring onion. It’s a perfect homage to our favourite kind-hearted protagonist.

I guess Demon Slayer did a great job with their writing since I highly dislike the main antagonist. Darkness Tonkatsu (S$15.80) has a coating that resembles the inner workings of Muzan’s heart with a Japanese pork cutlet that is fried to perfection. Sinister yet satisfying, it’s a dish befitting of the strongest demon.

To wrap up your meal, you can choose between Shinobu’s Inspired Drink (S$6.80) or Giyu’s Inspired Drink (S$6.80). As fizzy drinks aren’t my thing, I would opt for Nezuko’s Konpeito Ice Cream (S$4.80). The dessert features creamy ice cream mixed with konpeito, a traditional hard sugar candy, giving it an interesting texture.

There are also interesting dishes like Inosuke’s Tempura Platter (S$15.80), Gyomei’s Nabe (S$14.80), Obanai’s Tororo Kombu Takoykaki (S$8.80), and many more!
