PETALING JAYA: TSR Capital Bhd

has secured a RM158mil construction contract from Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor.

The company said in a Bursa filing that its unit, TSR Bina Sdn Bhd, had accepted the letter of award for the construction and completion of building works in Selangor.

The contract will run for about three years and is scheduled for completion by the first quarter of 2029.

TSR Capital said barring unforeseen circumstances, the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets for the financial years ending June 30, 2027, 2028 and 2029.
