KUALA LUMPUR: TXCD Bhd’s indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Ageson Kensetsu Sdn Bhd, has accepted two letters of award or LoAs from Sg Besi Construction Sdn Bhd for subcontract works on a construction project in Kuala Lumpur for a combined value of RM57.09mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said that the first contract, valued at RM41.43mil, covered the construction and completion of the main building, infrastructure and mechanical and electrical (M&E) works, while the second contract worth RM15.66mil involves the supply and delivery of concrete, reinforcement bars, BRC, cement and M&E equipment.

Both contracts are scheduled to commence on July 1, 2026, and are expected to be completed by Sept 1, 2028. —Bernama
