Tabung Haji has refuted claims that funds amounting to RM30,000 went missing from a retired senior government official's account

According to Tabung Haji's corporate communications division, their investigations revealed that the money was transferred into the former civil servant's own bank account, reported the New Straits Times."Referring to the allegations of unauthorised transactions reported in Sarawak by the media, Tabung Haji's investigation found that the fund transfer transactions were from the complainant's Tabung Haji account to her own bank account," the Malaysian hajj pilgrims fund board stated last night, 7 March.
