SINGAPORE - A popular brand of durian mooncakes found to have bacteria levels that exceed Singapore food safety rules are being recalled.
All batches of Four Seasons Durian’s mini D24 durian mooncake are affected, the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) said in a statement on Sept 12.
Bacillus cereus is a bacterium usually found in the environment and the intestinal tracts of insects and mammals.
