Growing up, no trip to the cinema would be complete without a deliciously refreshing Tango Ice Blast.

But there’s good news for fans of the popular frozen slushie.

Tango has brought out new ice lollies which apparently taste just like Tango Ice Blasts. 

Diehard fans will know the frozen beverage typically comes in two different flavours – cherry and blue raspberry – and if you knew what you were doing you’d get the two mixed together.

Ice Blast loyalists can be rest assured that the new Tango Sub Zero Liquid Ice lollies replicate the two famous flavours.

Available to buy in packs of four, the lollies have the signature sweet-yet-tangy taste of the frozen drink. Sweet tooths will find them on the shelves at Tesco Extra stores for £2.49 as well as Tesco Express shops for £2.69. The treats were spotted in Tesco by @well_this_is_new_ on Instagram

According to the product description the lollies are made up of ‘real fruit juice, with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.’

For those who are nostalgic for their childhood cinema trips, a man has come up with a way to recreate Tango Ice Blasts at home. 

Back in June, the man who runs the @caughtsnackin account on TikTok shared his recipe which starts by putting bubblegum ice lollies into a blender, before adding ice and some blue food dye. Finally, he uses his choice of Tango flavour and mixes it all together.
