Mackenzie McKee is getting a double dose of maternal bliss.

The Teen Mom star and fiancé Khesanio Hall welcomed twin baby girls June 2, sharing the arrival of their newborn daughters on social media.

“Welcome to the world Ja’Kharie Angie Hall and Ja’Meikah Angella Hall,” Mackenzie wrote in a post on Instagram June 4. “Both named after our moms, the most beautiful ladies who mean everything to us.”

The reality star added that she and Khesanio, both 30, are feeling euphoric after expanding their family.

“Mom and Dad are over the moon and so happy,” she continued. “The cries we cried when we heard those first cries. We are so in love.”

Following the delivery, Khesanio—who proposed to Mackenzie in May 2024—praised his fiancée in a heartfelt post of his own.

“You have done so well through this pregnancy and I am super proud of you momma,” he wrote in an Instagram post. “I know how much you will love and care for our babies and I can’t wait to see them in 10 years then 20 then 30 and more and more!”

Mackenzie—who also shares kids Gannon, 13, Jaxie, 11, and Broncs, 8, with ex-husband Josh McKee—previously gushed about her partner as well, telling E! News in May 2024 that the Jamaican-born soccer player is “100 percent my person.”

“We're coming up on two years and there hasn't been one red flag,” she explained. “We make a lot of sense together. Just being around each other our very first night, it was like, ‘Oh my gosh, this is so compatible.’”

That admittedly caught her by surprise, given their strikingly different upbringings.

“You have your Oklahoma girl and someone from Jamaica, and then they both end up in Florida,” she continued. “Way different lives, but so much alike when we hang out.”
