Teenagers lost @ macritchie reservoir, searching for hidden shrine

Two teenagers have been reported being lost in MacRitchie Reservoir for hours while they tried to look for a hidden shrine which was believed to be located in the area. The incident happened on 18 Oct 2020.
Luckily, both teenagers were found by the police at 9.20 pm the same evening. The police were alerted by the teenagers after getting lost.
On the day of the incident, the duo decided to search for the remnants of the Shinto Shrine. While they were there, they met a man who was also searching for the Shrine and followed him into the forest.
The man gave up and left the forest but the duo decided to continue their search. After a while, the duo realised that they were lost and called the police for assistance.
The duo was found 1.5 hrs and returned home safely to their parents. Luckily, both teenagers did not sustain any serious injuries throughout their adventure.
