Telkom Indonesia is exploring the possibility of selling a stake in its data center unit, NeutraDC, to capitalize on growing interest in digital infrastructure assets, according to sources familiar with the matter.

The company is working with financial advisors on a potential sale of a majority stake and is targeting a valuation between US$1 billion and US$1.5 billion.
