Which is great when you’re connecting with your out-of-state Grandma, but not so great when your boss gets so offended by the Elmo meme that you shared that they fire you. Which is exactly what happened to a Michigan-based stone cutter living in New Boston, Michigan, named Cody Hidalgo.
