Pizza has longed been a delivery staple – it travels well, is perfect for group gatherings and tastes great the next day for when you inevitably order too much. But these days, it's more than just fast-food chains that roll out pizzas. Restaurants, too, want a slice of that delivery pie – and now you can find freshly baked, gourmet creations delivered straight to your house. Chef Beppe De Vito is no stranger to Singapore's restaurant scene with restaurants like Art, Braci and Southbridge under his belt. At Amò, he turns his focus to wood-fired pizzas that are soft, bready and yet beautifully spotted and crisp. While you can opt for the classics, Amò's signature creations are topped with premium ingredients, including smoked mozzarella, pancetta and broccolini over a pumpkin base ($29.95) and stracciatella, prosciutto, rucola, and fig vincotto (from $34.25). Besides pizza, we also recommend the juicy butter roasted spring chicken with rosemary jus ($37.45) that reheats well in the oven.
