Body modification enthusiasts have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in a bid to change their entire appearance with extreme tattoos and piercings. 

From a non-binary 'human dragon' who spent more than $83,500 on modification surgeries including ear removal and tongue splitting to a tattoo artist who has had his nose widened and huge tusks implants in his mouth in order to look like an Orc from Lord of the Rings.
