Promising review: “Fabulous product! These containers keep fruit and vegetables much, much longer, and much better than just putting them in a fridge vegetable drawer, or wrapping them, etc. I started out with this basic set at the recommendation of a friend. I’m now up to having bought 15 containers, including three of the tall ones for asparagus, celery, carrots, eggplant, and zucchini. They make trying to eat more fruit and veggies much more practical... It’s amazing to enjoy a plum bought 10 days ago and still in peak condition! For a single-person household, being able to keep something like a head of broccoli for several meals over the course of a week or two gives so much more flexibility. Also cuts down on shopping trips as you can buy more variety to keep on hand. I’m more pleased with this product than I expected.” —Morgan Sundance

Promising review: “Pretty amazing! I've been using them for about two weeks, so although I can't attest to their longevity yet, I can attest that they really work!! I like fruits and veggies — but I don't like to eat them every day. Since I am a single person, inevitably, most go bad before I have time to finish them. I heard about this product in a video and thought, what can I lose? I tried them first on my favorite: bananas. I put the bananas in a covered bowl and put the little 'apple' inside. I was actually able to eat the entire bunch — without having to eat one or two every day! Minimal brown spots on the last one and none under the peel. I was impressed. Then I tried it in the crisper with fresh vegetables: string beans in this case. After a week, I went for a second serving in the bag. They were still crispy and had a great snap. I was sold! Great investment! Super easy to use; you get two apples and two packets — just put a packet in each apple and snap it shut. I did read in the instructions that you shouldn't leave the 'apples' out in the open, so don't forget to keep the sealable bag that they came in so you can store them to keep them active when not in use.” —dvd

They come in a larger, 5-quart size perfect for lettuce, kale, spinach, and other leafy greens, too!
Promising review: “Can’t live without it now! This is one of the best things I have ever bought. I used to constantly have to keep buying parsley and cilantro because they kept going bad before I could use the whole bunch. The Oxo herb keeper helps them stay fresh for weeks, and I’m able to use the whole bunch before having to buy more!” —Cristina Clarke

Promising review: "Perfect for the job! I love these cute little bottles; they are the perfect size for spices. And they seal so well, you don't have to worry about humidity or — ugh — ants!! Yes, believe it or not, some ants will investigate your spices. The price is great for these, and you can put them just about anywhere. If you're considering a spice reset...these are your fix!!! The labels are cute, especially in a rustic kitchen like mine. 😍" —Donna Bowles

Promising review: “I love Food Huggers! They reduce the waste of using plastic wrap and foil for leftover food. Portions of fresh fruits and veggies (lemon, bell pepper, banana, avocado, cucumber, etc.) last longer when covered with a food hugger than when covered in plastic wrap or foil, which saves me money. The assorted sizes fit most any cup, glass, or jar in my kitchen.” —WSG

Promising review: “Nice storage! These bins are great for keeping my refrigerator contents organized. Lightweight and sturdy. They help to manage the items and control waste. Much easier to find things, and the fridge looks great every time it's opened!” —Tawnsy

Promising review: "Outstanding! I was a little wary of spending so much on chip clips. You can get a decent quantity of the basic clips for like $5 on Amazon, but with the humidity in my apartment being in the mid-70s in the summer, even clipped bags go stale fast. With that said, I am beyond impressed with these. They create a legit, air-tight seal on most bags. I created an air bubble in one, and it didn't let any out when squeezed. I can finally open more than one flavor of chips at the same time! I've also started using the bigger ones on cereal bags and frozen food. They keep everything fresh and looking tidy. I love them and will likely order the smaller sizes for bread bags and such. The orange ones have been the perfect size for all the bags of chips I have in the house. What a wonderfully simple invention that just works." —zKi Comp

I’ve been using this exact set of storage containers for all of my flours, sugars, baking soda, and baking powder for years — probably close to a decade at this point, now that I think about it — and they’re great. They make sure all my ingredients stay fresh for as long as possible, they keep my kitchen cabinets looking tidy, and they prevent loose flour from getting all over my shelves. A-plus, no notes.
Promising review: “Love these containers! This set of storage containers is exactly what I was looking for! They have rubber seals that keep them airtight. The lids all lock down. And the little bars that go inside are perfect for leveling flour and powdered sugar. The powdered sugar container also comes with a cute little scoop that has a cover that slides closed so you can dust powdered sugar on desserts.” —OmaX2

Like those baking supply storage containers, I’ve also been using these for years, and while they are admittedly a little bit ~extra~, they’re also super useful. Just sticking a bag clip on the cereal bag and stuffing it back into the cardboard box it came in is not the way to go. Just…trust me on this.
Promising review: “Must-have for fresh cereal! These containers are great. I bought these because I had found two of them at a store, really liked them, and I needed three more for our large family's cereal needs.
They are sturdy, durable (my kids have dropped them, and they still look brand new), and they keep cereal much fresher for much longer than the regular box. They are easy to clean and easy to take apart and put back together (once you get the hang of it). They are extremely easy to open and shut, so even the smallest of children should be able to pour their own cereal (and potentially make a giant mess, so plan where you keep them in your pantry accordingly!)” —Skipperdoodles

Promising review: “Game changer! These containers are great quality and perfect for organizing the pantry. They feel sturdy and well-made, and the airtight seal works well to keep food fresh. I also really like how space-saving they are — they stack nicely and make everything look much more organized.
I’m honestly so glad I bought this set — it made my pantry so much nicer to look at, and things finally stopped falling on me every time I opened the cabinet. For the quality you get, the price is really good. Overall, a great value and a very practical addition to the kitchen.” —A.

Promising review: “A great way to keep butter soft and fresh! I have this butter crock in the natural color, and it's really cute! Aesthetic aside, this product is really great for keeping your butter not only soft, but also fresh. In the past, I would use butter dishes, and the outside of the butter would turn an unappealing color, diminishing its freshness and quality. This crock uses a base of cold water under the bell where the butter is stored to keep the butter soft and perfectly fresh. I highly recommend it!” —Josh

Promising review: “This surprised me at how amazing it really was at keeping my deli meat and cheese fresh! Can I just say I ended up buying two of these because they are so good at storing meats and cheeses, I no longer have to worry about opening my fridge to find two-day-old cheese that’s already molding. This keeps my cheese extremely soft. There are no hard edges, and I don’t like buying Kraft single-wrapped cheese. I like buying deli cheese where it’s fresh, and there’s no preservative coating, so the fact that this keeps it fresh for like a week and a half to two weeks is amazing.” —Chelsey Jones

We’ve stocked pretty much exclusively Snapware in my household for years. Leftovers go in them. My spouse’s work lunches go in them. Food prep goes in them. Everything goes in them. FYI, this 24-piece set — my set of choice — includes two square 4-cup containers, two round 4-cup containers, four rectangular 2-cup containers, and four teeny round 1-cup containers, all with matching lids.
Promising review: “Great containers! I am a fan of Snapware and Pyrex, so had high expectations for this set. It does not disappoint! I love the square shape for the fridge or freezer, and they stack perfectly with each other. The lids work with larger/deeper containers that have the same-size opening. I try to batch cook, and these containers work for several servings of steel-cut oats or one to two servings of soup or chili. You can see exactly what is inside and how much. Everything stays fresh. The glass is heavyweight and well designed, the lids are leak-proof and dishwasher safe. You really can't go wrong!” —Gemmy202

Promising review: “Worth the purchase! I love Korean food, but find it to be a hassle to carry the ingredients and cook, especially since I don't live with someone else who will eat stews and soups with me. I impulse-bought this a couple of months ago, and it's perfect for quick, comforting lunches. I just heat up my soup for five minutes, and it's like I have fresh soup! The silicone lets the frozen block slip out easily, and I haven't had stains in the three times I've refilled it (I use this for soybean paste soup). Definitely worth it if you love soups and don't want to have to make them fresh all the time.” —JP

Promising review: “Love these! Perfect size to freeze sauces/salsas in single servings. We buy salsa verde in bulk, and it doesn’t stay good for longer than a few days once opened, so I throw all of it in these cubes and freeze. It’s so easy to pop one or two out, defrost in warm water or in the microwave, and have fresh salsa! Saves us money, too!” —J. Carlisle.

Promising review: “Pays for itself and then some! This bread box is ideal for anyone who doesn't eat a loaf of bread within a few days of opening it. I'm the main one in my house that eats bread, and I used to buy two loaves every two weeks, not because I ate two, but because the first open loaf would go stale after about a week. Also, I'm not sure if it's where I live or what, but I've never been able to keep a loaf of bread mold-free for two weeks once it's opened...
This bread box has already paid for itself and then some! I kept a loaf of bread not only mold-free, but still fresh and soft for three weeks! I can now buy just one loaf of bread every two weeks because it stays fresh until it's completely eaten. This box is saving me $4 a month since I'm only buying two loaves a month instead of four now.” —Mom

Promising review: “Surprisingly useful (and cute)! Total game changer for storing sourdough loaves! I’ve never found anything that keeps bread this moist and fresh for so long. These beeswax wraps work far better for me than cling wrap or plastic wrap ever did. I love that they’re eco-friendly and so easy to use — just warm them with your hands and shape them around almost anything. The design is also beautiful; I’m especially glad they offer the cute blue bear pattern, which feels perfectly at home in our Denver kitchen. I’ll probably cut out a little piece to cover my avocados, since I never make huge loaves — the bread wrap is generously sized!” —MC

Promising review: “These bowls are awesome! I got this set a little while ago, and I have used it every day since! They’re lightweight, easy to stack, easy to store, and easy to clean. I love the rubber bottoms that prevent them from slipping. This is especially useful when kneading dough and mixing up difficult-to-stir recipes!
The bowl sizes are also perfect. The largest one is great for even my largest batches of bread dough, with plenty of room for the dough to rise. The middle sizes are great for mixing up anything else or storing leftovers. The tiniest bowl is perfect for dips or storing that last little bit of shredded lettuce for tacos. The airtight lids always keep your food super fresh! Moral of the story: you probably need a set of these bowls!” —Jenny

Promising review: “Improved shelf life. Really. Living alone and being a cheese lover, I always have leftover portions to save in the refrigerator. I don't know what it is about these bags, but they really do preserve cheese much better than ziplock bags, plastic tubs, cling wrap, wax paper, or anything else I've tried.
With just a few loose folds of the bag, the shelf lives of opened bries, camemberts, blues, jacks, cheddars, gruyeres, and everything else are extended from days to weeks.
The bags seem expensive, but they are worth it for me. It's rare for me now to throw out spoiled cheese.” —T. Hyland

Promising reviews: “So far, so good! I just got this home and used it to seal and freeze a couple of ribeye steaks. We had some fresh, but couldn’t cook up all of them... The small bags were the perfect size. The sealer was very easy to use, and very quiet. It took all of 10 seconds to fully seal each bag. I put them in the freezer three days ago, and looked at them today. They still look perfectly red and thick, and when I thaw them, I think they are going to be perfect. Can’t wait to find more uses for this handy gadget!” —Dawn
“Awesome product!! I had frozen jalapeños and peppers in the bags, and this fabulous gadget sealed perfectly! It comes with a charger! Jalapeños are still fresh as the day I put them in there.” —Dawn M. Martin
