In my eyes, ice cream is the ultimate dessert. In hot weather, it’s rich and refreshing, waking up the senses while cooling you down. In the cold, ice cream still feels cozy: I love bundling up in warm clothes or a blanket at home to enjoy the chilly treat.

The one thing about ice cream that just irks me, though? Having to wrestle the concoction from a frozen-solid pint, a task which my spoons and scoops are simply unable to execute.
