They don't give a f to work safety, instructions, etc.
This is because back in their third world country there is lack of safety and basic instructions.
The LTA Engineer is also too kind, as others would just report the matter to HR and get him deported back to his country. The Engineer has a load of responsibilities as he has to shoulder the blame should a fatal incident happen under his supervision.
