Thousands, including Singaporeans, stranded at land checkpoints in Johor after autogates crash

JOHOR BAHRU – Tens of thousands of foreigners are stuck in long queues at Malaysia’s two land checkpoints with Singapore following a major technical glitch, which knocked out most of the immigration autogates on Jan 10.
The worst affected is the Bangunan Sultan Iskandar Customs Immigration and Quarantine Complex (BSI), where foreigners have been forced to wait up to two hours to clear immigration.

at the end of the day we must always make sure to remain cautious and vigilant at all times and ensure that we are always well and safe at all times as well especially in the midst of this challeng and difficult period of situations and circumstances as well too .

The Auto Gate crash is one thing… the worst thing is no Malaysia wayang minister go there to see all the manual counters are open up to help the clearance…. If they give excuses to say shortages of manpower… then they should let all Malaysian and Singapore Passport to pass thru without scan the passport… very bad…
