Tuaran reclaims Serimpak Queen Title at Bajausama Cultural Festival 2025

TUARAN (Aug 10): Tuaran has reclaimed the Serimpak Queen title after it was won by Lahad Datu last year, with Bajau beauty Aiman Atirah Zaidin taking the crown this time.
Aiman Atirah, 19, currently pursuing a Diploma in Airline Cabin Crew Management at North Borneo College, was crowned the 2025 Serimpak Queen during the Bajausama Ethnic Cultural Festival 2025.
The first runner-up was Sandakan’s representative, Isnia Elyanie Ag Azliee, 21, who works at the Tempasuk State Legislative Assembly Service Center and is a brand ambassador for a hijab line.
Meanwhile, the second runner-up was Kota Kinabalu’s Baslizatun Asaniah Alli, a 25-year-old state government civil servant.
The prize-giving ceremony was officiated by the wife of Sabah’s Head of State, Toh Puan Faridah Tussin, accompanied by the wife of the Chief Minister, Datin Seri Panglima Juliah Salag, at the main stage of the Bajausama Cultural Center in Kampung Lok Batik on Sunday.
The other five finalists were Sharifah Nur Aina’ Mohammadin (Papar), Arina Arisha Jafri (Kota Belud), Amirah Zarifah Azman (Kuala Penyu), Norhamizah Ibrahim (Universiti Malaysia Sabah), and Nurafizah Abdullah (Keningau).
