SINGAPORE - Local radio DJ Daniel Ong was hauled to court on Tuesday (Dec 29) over offences under the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act linked to pastry chain Twelve Cupcakes, which he founded with former model Jaime Teo Chi Lin, 43.
The 45-year-old, whose full name is Ong Ming Yu, faces 24 charges.

Explode the loop hole of the system to underpay the S-Pass workers. Why it goes unnoticed for such a long time and also based on the article the business was sold I. 2016 so is it the fault of the new owner or the DJ and his ex-wife. Very confusing.

the company is sold in 2016. and salary not paid accordingly is in 2016, but unclear of which month.
