So what happened to all the safety regulations I produced for confined space entry by MOM? Where is the confined space assessor. Who checked the area for safe entry before signing off for workers' access? Are the workers certified for work in confined space. In-depth investigations must be conducted by investigators on the failure to ensure safe entry. Sometimes, due to low pricing in our tender systems, the system is awarded to cheap bidders and, in the end, get unqualified people on the job.

China has repeatedly lambasted Lai as a "separatist". Lai rejects Beijing's sovereignty claims and says only Taiwan's people can decide their future. He has repeatedly offered talks but has been rebuffed.

Seriously I wonder did they equipped themselves with personal protective equipment before performing the tank cleaning task. Otherwise, those contracting companies will be i trouble. Even these workers regained their conscious. What side effects will they have in the future? 太危险了。
