UK to boost EV subsidies as new per-mile tax planned
The UK government will increase subsidies for EVs to offset an expected tax rise in the upcoming budget.
Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves plans to allocate £1.3 billion (US$1.7 billion) for grants that lower the upfront cost of EVs.
