UTAR Hospital receives RM10mil donation to expand cancer centre

KAJANG: Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) Hospital has received a RM10mil donation for the expansion of its cancer centre.
UTAR Hospital has expressed its gratitude to 99 Speed Mart Retail Holdings Berhad executive director and chief executive officer Lee Thiam Wah and his wife for their generous contribution, which will be used to acquire a PET-CT Scanner for the hospital’s Cancer Centre.
In a statement on Thursday (April 3), the hospital said this significant contribution will enhance its ability to provide critical cancer diagnostics and treatment, improving patient care and outcomes.
