ask someone to go to jalan kayu and see the HDB new kid on the block which in the center of the block is empty space .maybe for ppl to stroll along the empty floor

i guess is for ppl to bbq, drink, smoke & toking cxxk play music, basket ball, football, lion dancing, wedding furneral etc to create some noise if not too quiet.

Yes near Jurong point as well. I was like what is that man when I am riding in a bus that passes by those flats. I tot level 1 is void deck
