Used to work at Bedok Corner Hokkien Mee, Uncle Peter has decided to open his very own stall at Redhill. His Hokkien Mee has a distinct ‘wok hei’, and his pork lard is exceptionally crisp and fragrant. He shared that the secret is to fry them on low heat for 8-10 hours. Nothing great. Harmful to the body when eaten regularly because it's very oily, salty coated with lard, MSG and sugar. Forbidden food tastes good but deadly.

Not a Big fan of Hokkien mee, but I tried this, on one of his 'less busy' days... Not bad! 😋😋 Can come & try if you are in the Vicinity.. I have gone by a few times, can get pretty busy & crowded, during lunch time!
